In accordance with the EU Regulation on the protection of data 2016/679, we inform you that the personal and sensitive data you provide will be treated by ORIZONT LINE Sagl within the limits of what is strictly necessary for the most correct management of the relationship with you, by means of paper and electronic registration, according to the following conditions.

1) Purposes
ORIZONT LINE Sagl will proceed to the processing of personal data provided by you for the following purposes: a) Carry out information activities on events and internal and external initiatives promoted by ORIZONT LINE Sagl; b) Fulfil all obligations under the law, regulations, community and international legislation (in particular accounting, tax, health protection, public order and security); c) Fulfil all contractual and pre-contractual obligations between the parties.

2) Modalities
The data referred to in paragraph 1), collected in any form, from the interested party or not, will be treated, even with electronic instruments, only according to logic and through forms of organization closely related to the obligations and purposes referred to in the preceding paragraph. In any case, the data will be stored with the presidium of technical and organizational measures necessary and appropriate to ensure the security and confidentiality of data, minimizing the risk of destruction or loss of data, unauthorized access or treatment not allowed.

3) Conservation period
The data you provide will be kept for a period not exceeding that necessary to fulfill the obligations and pursue the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 and in any case for a period not exceeding 48 months from the last action aimed at these purposes (unless further authorization to conservation).

4) Communication of data to third parties
The data you provide may be communicated to: Companies controlled, connected or participated by ORIZONT LINE Sagl; Employees and/or collaborators of ORIZONT LINE Sagl due to their respective duties and competences.

6) Nature of the data conferment and consequences of the eventual refusal

At any time, you may revoke any consent given (pursuant to art. 6 of the GDPR 679/16). The revocation of consent will not change the terms of conservation of data previously acquired and processed by the Owner.

(i) Orizont Line Sagl, owner of the data processing, informs that information related to the use of the site is collected through cookies. 9) Information on MokaShopClub App

Limitation of Liability

Orizont Line Sagl will not be responsible towards the User, except in case of malice or serious fault, for inefficiencies or malfunctions related to the use of the internet network outside of its control or that of its suppliers.

Orizont Line Sagl will not be responsible for damages, losses and costs suffered by the User due to the non execution of the contract for causes not attributable to him.

Orizont Line Sagl will not be responsible for any fraudulent and illegal use that can be made by third parties of credit cards and other means of payment.

Orizont Line will not be responsible for any loss of business opportunity and any other loss, even indirect, eventually suffered by the User that are not a direct consequence of the breach of contract by Orizont Line or wrong or unsuitable use of the Application by the Users or third parties under any circumstances.

Orizont Line is the exclusive owner of the MokaShop Club Application any illicit use will be criminally followed.

The protection and processing of personal data will take place in accordance with the Privacy Policy read and accepted Privacy Policy in the site Mokashop.ch.
