Mojito Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml of white rum
  • 30 ml of coffee liqueur
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 30 ml cold coffee (preferably cold coffee prepared in advance)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Sparkling water (to taste)
  • Crushed ice
  • Coffee beans or mint sprig for garnish

Method:

  1. Glass Preparation: In a highball glass, add mint leaves and lime juice. Gently crush the leaves with a muddler to release the essential oils.

  2. Add rum and coffee liqueur: Pour 45 ml of white rum and 30 ml of coffee liqueur into the glass.

  3. Add sugar syrup and coffee: Add 10 ml of sugar syrup and 30 ml of cold coffee. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

  4. Fill with ice: Fill the glass to the brim with crushed ice.

  5. Top with sparkling water: Add sparkling water to taste to complete the cocktail, stirring gently.

  6. Garnish: Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and, if desired, a few coffee beans for an elegant presentation.

  7. Serving: Serve immediately and enjoy your Mojito Coffee!
