Coffee Cream Tiramisu
Here is our recipe for a fantastic coffee cream tiramisu!
Ingredients:
- 500g of mascarpone
- 300ml of Coffee cream
- 3 eggs
- 150g of sugar
- 200g of ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder for decoration
- Coffee liqueur (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Add the sugar to the egg yolks and beat until light and fluffy.

Add the mascarpone to the sugared egg yolks and mix gently until smooth.

In another bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form using an electric whisk.

Incorporate the whipped egg whites into the mascarpone and egg yolk mixture, mixing with delicate movements from bottom to top to maintain the soft consistency.

If desired, add a touch of coffee liqueur to intensify the flavor (optional).

In a rectangular pan, pour a thin layer of coffee cream on the bottom.

Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the coffee (without letting them soften too much) and arrange them on top of the first layer of coffee cream, creating an even layer.

Cover the ladyfingers with a generous layer of coffee cream, leveling with a spatula.

Repeat the operation alternating layers of ladyfingers soaked in coffee and coffee cream until the ingredients are used up, making sure to finish with a layer of coffee cream on top.

Cover the pan with cling film and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, so that the tiramisu solidifies and the flavors blend.

Before serving, sprinkle the surface of the tiramisu with cocoa powder using a sieve.

Cut the tiramisu into portions and serve cold.
