Espresso Martini Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 50ml of vodka
- 25 ml of Guglielmo Caffè liqueur
- 25 ml of cold espresso coffee
- 10 ml sugar syrup (optional)
- Ice
- Coffee beans or orange zest (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the espresso: Prepare an espresso and let it cool completely. You can make this at room temperature or place it in the refrigerator to speed up the process.

Chill the glass: Place a martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes so it's chilled when you pour the cocktail.

Add ice to the glass: Once the glass is cold, fill it with ice to further cool.

Mix the ingredients: In a shaker filled with ice, pour the vodka, Caffè Guglielmo liqueur, cold espresso and sugar syrup (if you are using it).

Shake vigorously: Close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds, until the mixture is well mixed and cold.

Filter the cocktail: Pour the cocktail through a strainer (or a fine mesh strainer) directly into the martini glass previously prepared with ice.

Garnish and serve: Garnish the cocktail with a few coffee beans on the surface or a spiral of orange peel. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Espresso Martini!
